Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms apply to purchases made in the Quicky Game game (quicky-game.com) by a consumer. Placing an order means accepting these terms, available at any time on the site.

Seller

Products

  • Premium: unlimited energy, Gold theme and Sparkle effect, in a single payment with no subscription, tied to your account.
  • Coin packs: 100, 500 or 1,200 coins, the game’s currency, to spend in the shop (themes, effects, Quicky accessories…).

Coins have no monetary value: they are neither refundable (except where the law provides), nor exchangeable, nor transferable to another account. Purchased content stays tied to your account for as long as the game is operated.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, in the shop before any purchase: Premium €2.99, 100 coins €0.99, 500 coins €3.99, 1,200 coins €8.99. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed.

Ordering

  1. A registered account (username and email) is required: guest accounts cannot buy.
  2. In the shop, you choose a product; a summary shows the product and its price.
  3. You tick the box by which you ask to receive your purchase immediately and waive your right of withdrawal (see below), then go to payment.
  4. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarises the order and your waiver.

Payment

Payment is made by card on Stripe’s secure page. Your account is charged when you order. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never have access to it.

Delivery

The content is credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If it does not appear within 24 hours, write to contact@progragames.com with your username.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). This is the case here: before paying, you ask for immediate supply of your purchase and expressly waive your right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided; without it, the purchase is not possible. This waiver is confirmed in the order confirmation email.

Guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): if your purchase is not supplied or does not work as described, write to contact@progragames.com. The content will be brought into conformity or, if that is not possible, refunded.

Minors

A minor may only buy with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who holds the payment method.

Account and use

Purchases are tied to your account. In case of payment fraud or serious cheating, the account concerned may be suspended.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, first write to contact@progragames.com: you will get an answer within 30 days.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence or of the place where the damage occurred.
